Since being founded by Alex Lake (aka Lakey), we have grown to host our services out of more than 9 city hubs across Europe, the UK, the UAE, and the US… and the best part is, we ain’t slowing down.

We carefully select the very best producers, camera operators, audio operators, and editors skilled in a range of international live broadcast television, worldwide sporting and music events, social media campaigns as well as high-end promotional music and film and source them locally within the EU, UK, and UAE in order to reduce carbon footprint and costs.

  • Alex has been trusted by international broadcasters, leading brands and growing companies to provide quality content for the last 15 years. He is responsible for the production process remaining constant throughout, keeping clients informed and ensuring visions are realized.

Stuart Jolley

Vienna, Austria

  • British born DOP Stu, successfully established in Vienna with a wide network of crew members, helps our clients source local production professionals and equipment to get the job done. A wide skill-set from shooting, audio and adobe editing, Stu is as capable technically as he is with managing the crew members to ensure your shoot is outstanding.

Mike Kvick

Vienna, Austria

  • Relied upon by clients big and small, Mike is always happy to bring their dreams to life. During the in-between, he’s always open for a good chat, a hearty laugh, or a picturesque run together towards the sunset. With a drive to enjoy life fully, Mike gives 100% to whatever he sets his mind to. Whether it's Audio Operating or running as a DoP, he’s always got his eyes and ears out to help make the next production that much better.

Pat Calderwood

Munich, Germany

  • DoP (and part-time Gaffer) based in Munich. 18 yrs. experience in commercials, docs and sports. Mainly automotive clients (AUDI, BMW, Porsche,...) and lots of HQ athletics shoots. From big car-commercials to trackside run-and-gun, to green screen or corporate videos. 15+ yrs. of Motorsports experience. I also offer Service Production for commercials/corporate; can outfit any shoot with locations, crew and kit. Fluid with all camera systems and always up-to-date with the latest tech. Also offer photography incl. retouch.

Sebastian Wunderlich

Berlin, Germany

  • Sebastian is a Berlin-based Director of Photography and Colorist specializing in commercial and branded content. He began creating his own films at the age of 15. From 2011 to 2016, he studied cinematography in Berlin. Since then, he has completed numerous projects around the world. With a carefully selected range of equipment and extensive knowledge of all major camera manufacturers, he always has the expertise needed to achieve the desired visual style. However, his most important tool in his creative process remains the use of light in all its variations.

Matt Boyle

London, UK; LA, USA

  • Matt is a London based sound recordist/audio engineer and live mixer. He has been working in TV audio for 28 years working on sports, documentaries, and entertainment programming. Matt is genial to clients and crew alike, he is diligent, helpful, calm and knowledgeable. Matt has worked all over the world, for numerous clients, he has a Green Card so is able to live and work in the US, he also has an Irish passport so can continue to work post Brexit on long term projects in Europe.

From a first draft production concept to making big budget productions happen, he´s comfortable and calm in any situation. He´s used to working with customers worldwide. Previous clients include Red Bull, Deutsche Telekom, FC Bayern Munich (football and basketball) among others. His latest project was a seven-part documentary for FC Bayern Basketball.

  • Emmy-nominated producer and reporter for live and non-live content, specialising in sport and travel. 20 years of experience covering global news (CNN) and major sporting events (Olympics, FIFA World Cup, ATP Tour etc.). Brings a wealth of experience in live TV and creative content production, with a passion for in-depth storytelling. Strong skills in crafting compelling narratives, particularly in unscripted situations and run-and-gun environments. Strong interviewer who's used to dealing with high-profile people.
